What it covers
The work, listed plainly.
Interior work is mostly preparation. Walls are filled and sanded before they are painted, floors are levelled before they are laid, and the room is covered before anything is opened. The work on this page is about doing those unseen steps properly, so the finish you can see lasts.

What renovation work do you do?

Do you also take the waste away?
Yes. Unique Building Ltd is a registered waste carrier (CBDU592391), so waste from the job can leave the property under the company's own registration.
Can you clean the property afterwards?
Yes. An after-build clean is the third act of the same job and can be booked together with the renovation.
